Power of Place: Historical Perspective on Ohio as a Political Battleground

Ohio next year will once again be the center of the political universe during the presidential contest. Join distinguished panelists Herb Asher from The Ohio State University, Miami University History Professor Andrew Cayton, State Sen. Ray Miller and former Democratic National Committee Chairman David Wilhelm in a discussion of Ohio ’s historic place as a political battleground. Gail Hogan, producer and host of Showcase Columbus, will moderate the discussion. The event will take place at the Ohio Historical center located at I-71 and 17th Ave. in Columbus .
