UA/Grandview Local No Kings Joint Protest on October 18th

Meeting spot: The Big Lots parking lot at 1451 W 5th Ave (corner of W 5t & Grandview Ave). Please do not park in the Grandview Mercantile lot facing Grandview Avenue.

What Time: 1:15pm for you to select your crown and or trumpet. First come first served. We also will need 4 volunteers to hold onto the Baby Trump inflatable filled with helium. Please be on time.

Departure to protest site: 1:30pm. We will walk to the east side of Grandview Ave and march down Grandview Ave towards the block between 3rd Ave & 1 st Ave. Depending on how many volunteers are present we will spread out throughout those two blocks or concentrate ourselves opposite of The Avenue, Agave & Rye and Stauffs. TBD.

NOTE: If you are unable to walk to the protest site meet us at the blocks between 3rs Ave & 1st Ave. Free parking is available behind Stauffs or on the side streets.

End time for Grandview/UA protest: 3pm. For those who are interested we will caravan to the Indivisible/50501Statehouse protests. More details to come. FYI - I recommend you carpool as parking will be hard to get downtown due to a couple of theatre shows that night in addition to several thousand protestors.
